In August 2023 I had the chance to take my first photography class at The Rencontres d’Arles Photo Festival. This page is dedicated to my experience through the Camargue – a land that became both a site, a situation, a story. As I wandered in this territory, I wanted to tell a story that would go beyond the “dreamland” & “touristic” aspect of this region and approach diverse narratives while trying to capture the wildness, desolate, absurd images of our society. There’s various stories and graphic narratives – from abstract to figurative - that comply one to each other and explore the notion of “ethereal brutality”.
